About Our Services
Second Chances provides psychological consultation and related advisory services through face-to-face and online platforms.
Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical or psychiatric care. If you are in crisis, please call the National Center for Mental Health Crisis Hotline (1553) or go to the nearest hospital.
Eligibility

You must be 18 years old or above to book a consultation.

Clients under 18 require parental/guardian consent.
Confidentiality and Data Privacy

We strictly comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and the Mental Health Act of 2017 (RA 11036).

All personal and health-related information collected through this website or during consultations is kept confidential and secure.

Data may only be disclosed when required by law, court order, or if there is risk of harm to self or others.
Booking, Payments, and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled through our official booking system.

Payments are due as indicated on the booking page.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate and truthful information during consultations.

Clients shall not misuse, record, or redistribute any part of the sessions without consent.

While our licensed professionals provide the highest standard of care, we do not guarantee specific outcomes from consultations.
