We understand that addiction is not a moral failing—it’s a complex health issue that affects the mind, body, and spirit. That’s why our approach combines clinical support, coaching, and community-based outreach, so recovery becomes not just possible, but sustainable.

Our Journey
Second Chances Recovery Center was born from a deep recognition: addiction is not a moral failing, but a chronic condition that requires compassion, education, and community support.
November 2015
Beginnings in Recovery Coaching
Our story began in November 2015, when our founder began her work in addiction recovery as a coach. What started as a passion to help soon revealed significant gaps in local mental health care—gaps caused by stigma, misinformation, and lack of access.
2016–2019
Community Service and Outreach
She led community-based programs for individuals who could not afford private treatment. She offered free training and workshops in churches and faith-based groups, empowering communities to provide early intervention and peer support. Family sessions and interventions became a vital part of her work, recognizing that addiction affects entire families—not just individuals.
2019–2020
Mental Health in Schools
She expanded her efforts into educational settings by launching WISSAP (Westfields International School Student Assistance Program), a structured mental health support initiative tailored to students within an international school environment.
2021 - 2022
Mental Health Support
She expanded her efforts into educational settings by launching WISSAP (Westfields International School Student Assistance Program), a structured mental health support initiative tailored to students within an international school environment.
2023
